The Vacation Part 3

Air Asia is building their reputation for being on-time. And yea my flight departed on the dot and I arrived 5 minutes earlier then the scheduled time. How efficient.

Since Air Asia does not offer on-flight meals and it was pass my dinner time, I had to spend 9 bucks on sandwich and a can of Pepsi. It wasn't much of a dinner, but heck... with it I can survive for another few hours. Upon arrival, took a cab to the

FIRST STOP
BREAKERS, SRI HARTAMAS

Met up with Ian, Naz, Amir, Khai Yong and Hans all at the same time. Apparently they already had their dinner and waited for my arrival. Thanks guys.

After meeting up, what else was there to do but
FOOS!

Here's a lil clip of Ian (yellow side) and I (black side) on the table.
And after 2 years of absence from the table...
FOOSER PARTNERS FACE OFF!

Ah. Safe to say I still got it even after 2 years. Although I can't stretch my shots as far anymore. The King Cobra has slithered away... hahaha.
Corny.

Next stop.
The Mamak.

This is definitely one of the most greatly missed hangout spots in KL. Came here straight after foosing with Ian. And thanks to this faithful compadre, I had a place to crash for the night.

Simple but sweet thanks to you bro.

DAY 2
Headed down to Midvalley Megamall and its new wing The Gardens. I never realized I've been gone for THAT LONG. Mid V now has a new wing?? And so Ian brought me to that new wing to have sushi. Apparently it's the new Sushi King - SUSHI ZANMAI!

Great lunch bro. Why don't we have SUSHI ZANMAI in Kuching??

And for nostalgic purposes, we had to make our way to the good ol' Mid V wing.

And for EVEN MORE nostalgic purposes, how can we resist FOOSBALL @ Brewball!
Hahaha.

"Even foosball is racist"

View from Brewball

After a few games of kicking each other's ass (and others as well) and wrecking our wrists til it was badly grazed, we got sick of the game. I do wonder how did I manage to play for the whole day back in college and uni. I guess we were young and full of energy. Now is just work.

Oh well.

Later that evening met up with Naz (again), Nadia and Vic in One Utama. It's been a long while since I last met Vic (5? 6 years?) and she hasn't changed a bit. Well, glad to know =)

And of course the one and only...
Nadia.

And since there were foosball tables in One U... need I say more.

Later that night I crashed in Jeremy's place. Met some new peeps who stay in the same apartment. Nice to meet you Alvin and Amy. Amy was nice enough to lend me her room!
So yea, special thanks to you, Amy.
Note: Her blanket glows in the dark...

DAY 3
Back to One Utama. This time for lunch with the newly working lady Nadia.
This time we could do a proper catching-up-on-things. But of course, it didn't last long since her lunch ended at 2:45pm that Friday.

Then came IRENE! My "adorable" big sister IRENE! I guess we got too busy chatting and catching up that again, I totally forgot bout my camera. She brought me away from One Utama, and made our way to Sunway Pyramid, which we then met up with Chen, then she helped me shop for perfume, then she sent me all the way back to Jeremy's to change, then sent me back to pyramid for dinner with my friends.

See how much of a big sister she is? ;D
Hugs.

By the way, Sunway Pyramid has a new wing too. Man...

This was right outside the entrance of pyramid...
Joe-Flizo. Or Jo-Flizoe? Flo-Jizo? Slo-Jizfoe?
Lo was there too.

HIGHLIGHT FOR THE DAY
With Irene, her best friend,
and my dance-angel Nadia.

Ah. What else can I say about the night...

Woke up again at 11am to start packing for the next day's stop...

DAY 4
Checked in at Cititel Midvalley at 2pm.
Nadia arrived an hour later.
Explored.
Dinner at Sushi King.

THEN!

Sorry no pictures from me. Had to leech from another blog.

Before the crowd

Ended at 3am. Hung out til 5am. Slept at 7am. Woke up 10am.
Started packing for the next day... yet again.

DAY 5
Checked out at 1pm. Then met up with the lil cousins.
Tzun Fui all grown up.
And sweet bubbly Kimberly.
*smiles*

Then DINNER WITH THE COLLEGE DUDES!
How long has it been bros? 6 years?
Nick @ Thambi

Kai Hoe @ Mark

E Wei @ Eugene

It's been years since we chilled out like this. The whole gang wasn't around, but hell... it was one helluva ride with these guys back in college and here we were at it again.

Then after the guys...

My take on it: bad bad movie. Bad.
Save the 10 bucks. Go buy yourself a fly-swatter and slap yourself silly for ever anticipating this show. Car chase was only in the first few minutes of the show. There was an airplane chase that wasn't impressive. And who gives a damn.
Guns - minimum.
Technology - none.
Girls - not hot.
Style - I have more. Hehe.

Ending:
Frail old lady "Bond, we want you back"
Bond "I never left"
OooOOohhh.... bad.

But.
The company was great. Such a sweetheart.
Makes the whole night worthwhile.
XXX OOO XXX OOO

DAY 6
Depressing.
Flight at 3:25pm.
And guess who I bumped into at the airport who was also on the same flight??

Yes it's Henry and Chin Loung!
God works in mysterious ways.

This concludes my KL trip broadcast.
Stay tune for more bimbo-mimbo posts.

And for the bitter-sweet lady...
